I need to find a "dr house", in what specialty or department do i find someone like that? someone who can diagnosis when everyone's out of ideas?

Mayo Clinic: Ah yes, "house", i like that show too, it makes good tv, but it is just that - tv. The mayo clinic is very good - about a 4 hr drive from milwaukee, so you may consider a drive there. A lot depends on what/where your problem is. It seems your problems are more neurological, so i would seek out a neurologist in your area first, before making a drive out to rochester. Be patient. There is no house.
