Bircornuate uterus: Treatment of a septate vs a bicornuate uterus differ and therefore an accurate diagnosis is necessary. A 6 week loss could be caused by other factors that need evaluated. If evaluation is negative - repair of the uterine condition is a consideration to talk to your doctor about.

Unusual: Bicornuate uterus usually does not cause that. And it would not lead to infertility. So first there is a significant and long history of infertility and with the 2 miscarriages the most likely problems sits with the ovaries. Would highly advise a full fertility evaluation to figure out the issue.
