No problem: 30 percent of women have a tilted back uterus. That is similar to being left handed. A tilted back uterus might have more low back pain with periods or while in labor, but wont affect getting pregnant or carrying a pregnancy. Good luck and dont worry.

No more than normal: A retroverted uterus (tilted back) is more common in women with endometriosis which is associated with infertility but in it self is not a problem. It is not likely to affect the pregnancy.
