Normal finding: Lymph nodes exist throughout our bodies and are normal findings, assuming their size and shape are also normal. Bilateral inguinal lymph nodes all less than 10 mm is completely normal.

Monitoring Centers: Lymphatic system absorbs/carries things too big to go into the arteries/veins like bacteria eaten by white cells/digested food. Lymph nodes "taste" the lymph everywhere for bad stuff like bacteria/viruses/cancers, etc. When it detects a problem, it alerts the immune system and your body reacts. They enlarge in response to the inflammation they create when they react. They shrink when all is well.

Normal lymph nodes: Lymph nodes are found through out the body in certain characteristic locations. The inguinal area (the groin) is one of these areas. To see some small lymph nodes in this area on a ct scan is perfectly normal. It is only abnormal if they are enlarged, and yours are not. Nothing to worry about.
