It seems all is well: A few small inguinal (groin) lymph nodes can be felt in many healthy people, so that finding is not abnormal. The CT scan apparently indicates there also are no abnormal lymph nodes deep, where they can't be felt. So based on your exam and CT, it appears you have no condition affecting those lymph nodes. Beyond that, you'll have to discuss this with your doctor.
