LIkely unrelated: Shotty or mildly enlarged retroperitoneal lymph nodes noted on ct is a non-specific and not uncommon finding and usually of no clinical significance in an otherwise healthy person. Otherwise, causes include infection, inflammation, and malignancy. Unless you have had recent or recurrent episodes of painful stone passage with associated inflammation, i suspect the two findings are unrelated.
