Hydronephrosis: These findings suggest obstruction of your ureter at some level. You shoul see a urologist for cystoscopy and ureteroscopy.

Ureteral obstruction: Causing ureter & kidney to swell. Stone obstruction excluded so blockage cound be at junction of ureter & bladder (uvj obstruction), ureteral sticture congenital or acquired, ovarian vein syndrome (ureter blocked by enlarged ovarian vein). Retroperitoneal fibrosis, mass pressing on ureter (would have been seen on ct). Need 2c urologist & mag 3 nuclear scan to quantitate obstruction & function.
