Botox Bruising: Depending on the depth and extent of bruising it can take a few weeks or even more to disappear. Arnica pills and topical gel might help as well as camouflage makeup.

1 week: Hemorrhage inside the eye is very unusual. Bruise at the edge or the orbit is common. These should clear up within a few days or a week. You can take arnica supplements to make it resolve faster. If the eye itself is affected, you should see an ophthalmologist.

Injectionsite bruise: Bruising post injections in the face & especially around the eyes is more common in men than women.The tissues around the eye are thinner and will show the bruising much more. If the eye itself has no issues and there is no swelling or pressure on the eye then this should settle in about 10 days.It would be prudent to let your treating physician know what is going on and have him/her see you.
