Could a popped blood vessel in my eye cause temporary blurred vision?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Blood in eyes: If suffiencently large hemorrhage, may interfer with lid movement over the cornea, affecting the tear film-->blurred vision. Try use of artificial tear 4-6x per day until resolves. See eye care doc if persist.
