I broke blood vessels in both eyes. they hurt badly, sensitive to light, i squint a lot, vision goes blurry & have a throbbing headache. is this okay?

Eye exam ASAP: Broken blood vessels on the surface of both eyes is not common. In addition, this is no usually associated with any other eye symptoms. If you are experiencing these other symptoms, then you should be seen by an ophthalmologist as soon as possible.
