Botox Bruising: It is common to get bruising around the eyes after having treatment with Botox to this area. The muscles that cause the wrinkles are very superficial in this area and tend to bruise easily. Make sure you see a trained injector, preferably an md, who understands the musculature of the face and proper injecting technique.

Injectionsite bruise: Bruising post injections in the face & especially around the eyes is more common in men than women. The tissues around the eye are thinner and will show the bruising much more. If the eye itself has no issues and there is no swelling or pressure on the eye then this should settle in about 10 days.It would be prudent to let your treating physician know what is going on and have him/her see you.

Botox: the broken blood vessel is probably unrelated to the botox. If it persists have it evaluated by your eye doctor.
