Are you too worried?: The symptoms that you have can not be localized to find one cause that would explain why you have them. I suspect that you have some kind of anxiety or worry which is causing you this distress. I would advice you to see your doctor for medical examination before we can help you. In the meantime, find some means of relaxation...Take morning walks daily and meditation which can help reduce the stres.

Pain: It sounds like pain all over. Unfortunately, this is not enough to direct you to a diagnosis. Either you will need to provide more data about your condition or you will need to see a local doc for that.
