Consider...: Get plenty of sleep on a comfortable mattress. Have your Vit D level checked. Drink plenty of water, and avoid sugary or processed drinks and alcohol. If you smoke, stop now. Try some gentle stretches or a beginner yoga class. Detoxify your diet (ditch the processed and fast foods in favor of mostly fruits and veggies with lean protein).
