Widespread: These symptoms may or may not be explained by a single diagnosis as they are very widespread. They seem to have subsided after 30 minutes. For now simply observe for any recurrence or any new symptoms. Could there have been a reaction to food or spices, alcohol, medications? See a physician for evaluation as needed
