URI/Sinusitis: You most likely have sinusitis and upper respiratory infection. Most commonly these are viral in nature, and do not require antibiotics. However, if symptoms getting worse or chest pain getting worse, be sure to get evaluated as bacterial superinfections can occur, and URI can evolve into pneumonia in some cases.
