Did a pelvic ultrasound this week the results show all the parts but no picture of the right ovary and its the part that hurts. should i do it again?

CT: Do you still have your appendix? The ovaries dont usually hurt as much as they get blamed for. I would think more about your uterus having a spasm with pain radiating to your right side, or appendix, colon spasm, abdominal wall spasm. If a thorough physical examination can't delineate the source of the pain, you may need a ct scan, but i wouldnt have high hopes it would give a specific answer.
