Tinnitus: Probably pulsatile tinnitus - common in pregnancy due to high loos flow. If distressing contact your OB for management. Usually self limiting and stops soon after delivery.

No telling: Where is the sound? What does her doc say about that? It's a not a common sign of pregnancy and if everything else is normal, i would not necessarily worry.

Relaxin: If you are speaking about popping in joints, then it's related to a hormone females produce more of during pregnancy called relaxin. This hormone allows for increased flexibility of ligaments to allow for easier delivery, but it effects all joints. It's perfectly normal if there is no pain associated with it. Hope this helps!
