Ingrown toenail: An ingrown toenail is a common condition that causes pain and often leads to infection. It is caused by the toenail growing into the skin rather than on top of it. This may be caused by improper clipping of the toenails. A trip to the doctor can evaluate this and set a proper course of action and it maybe be able to be avoided in the future.

Infection: You have an infection and need to have the pus drained as soon as possible. Set up an appointment with your primary or podiatrist to have the pus drained from your toe. Good luck.
