Infection: You have an infection and need to have the pus drained as soon as possible. Set up an appointment with your primary or podiatrist to have the pus drained from your toe. Good luck.

Infection: Pus is one of the main signs of infection. Have dr. Do a culture and will need antibiotic which may need to be changed on result of culture. Also as suggested have it drained.
