Toe Pus/swelling: Pus signals an infectious process, often accompanied by edema (swelling). The process can progress to cellulitis of leg possibly the circulatory system. Doc may do a culture and sensitivity (taking a swab of the exudate (pus) to find out what pathogen is causing this, and prescribe accordingly. Doc will take history, are you diabetic? Check for foreign body, allergy to antibiotic. See your doc-
