Ingrown Nail: Seek medical attention asap! clean area with alcohol or peroxide, apply anti-bacterial ointment and cover, until you get to a doctor/er. Any sign of pus is an indication you have an infection, which you do not want to spread up the foot or into your bone.

Paronychia: This condition is called a paronychia. Essentially a nail becomes infected, caused by an infected hangnail. The treatment for it is epsom salts soaks twice a day, and keeping an eye on it in general. If the infection progresses, you will need to be on oral antibiotics.
