Emollients: This will vary with location and severity. For mild cases barrier repair creams with intermittent steroid or Elidel (pimecrolimus) or Protopic will help. Doetary changes are occasionally helpful. For more extensive severe cases oral medications amy be necessary such as steroids along with CellCept if necessary.

Eczema care: Eczema can be due to a variety of causes. In many cases dry skin care and the use of anti-inflammatory creams can reduce the symptoms and the rash. Allergies can sometimes be a cause. Consult an allergist or dermatologist.

Atopic Dermatitis: Atopic dermatitis is eczematoid rash secondary to allergy. It appears in the cubital and popliteal areas, recurrent and relieved by steroid creams. Chronic eczema especially thickened or lichenified is called neurodermatitis it is difficult to cure requires dermatology consult.
