Various treatments: Treatment of eczema occurs at many levels. If you know what you are allergic or sensitive, foremost is prevention of the eczema by avoidance of the triggers. If has flare-up. Can use topical steroids, or in very severe flare-ups, oral steroids. Oral antihistamines for itching (like benadryl). Most important is daily skin care. Use moisturizing body wash, liberally apply moisturizers, use sunscreen.
