Appetite issues: If that's the only complaint and everything else is normal such as no weight changes, nausea/vomiting/diarrhea/pain in the abdomen, i would focus on psychological factors such as stressors at home or work. I see you are on birth control pills. Wonder if that may play a role as well.

Depends : It could be a sign of medical illness or mood disorder. If the hydrcocordone that you are taking causes you to have constipation that could make eating uncomfortable and apetite may be affected or not. Have your doctor screen you for depression and constipation.
