I recently recovered from the flu. i am so hungry but i have no appetite. i feel like if i eat something, i'm going to vomit. is this from flu?

It may be: But something may be going on at the same time. Never make assumptions when facts can become available. See your doctor and get this worked out. Infections of any kind can suppress appetite, because chemical mediators released from inflammatory cells suppress appetite. They do not usually, however, produce nausea. Get checked.
