Ever since i was very little a couple times a week whenever im hungry i get this sharp aching sensation on my middle/lower back that can last for a few seconds or a couple minutes. it also makes me lose my appetite but at eating relieves the pain?

You should see a GI doctor to evaluate these symptoms. There are many possibilities, including an ulcer, inflammation from some cause, etc. You may need an upper endoscopy to look into your esophagus and stomach to see if there is a diagnosis that accounts for your symptoms.
