Many possibilities: If you are still able to "force yourself to eat", this implies that there is no direct obstruction of the gut. Usually the cause is some type of "toxin" or disruption in your system, ranging from an accumulation of liver or kidney byproducts, a sodium or other electrolyte imbalance or an infection, or less likely, cancer or autoimmune disease. Depression also possible.
