Tub not sterile: You are likely in water just warm enough to accommodate the bacteria and allow them to float to new homes on your person. Usually can reduce this with cap-full (or tbsp) of bleach in tub water...Or will have to shower instead.

BV?: Some women are just more prone to this infection, also hot baths are not a great idea in pregnancy and if you are using bath products it can increase the risk by altering your vaginal ph.
