Unlikely: The only germs that can effect your baby will be those that can get through the protection s/he has. During pregnancy they are protected by a sterile bag of waters & your body defenses. If the dogs germs gave you a skin infection, it could not get to baby. If a germ were to enter your blood, you would get very sick & the germ could access the baby via the placenta.
