May be good: Without complete details, difficult to tell. Having lung cancer is bad. Having lung cancer that is amenable to surgical removal is a far better situation. If following evaluation and bronchoscopy your team feels you are a surgical candidate for removal, it is good. Best survival in lung cancer is lung cancer that can be surgically removed (resectable cancer).
