See Dr: Your pulse should not be that high, you need to follow up with your dr or an endocrinologist for proper treatment, which will allow you to be more active. Under-treatment can lead to thyroid storm, which can be life-threatening. Also, likely second issue in play, as with metabolism up from thyroid, should be losing weight.

Not yet: If your heart is racing at 122 at rest, your graves is not yet under control and you shouldn't push yourself. But you can ask your doctor about the treatment options and whether you are a candidate for a beta-blocker medication, which can be useful to slow the heartbeat while you are waiting for the thyroid treatment to kick in.

Needs evaluation.: It sounds as though your graves' disease might not be under control. The high heart rate and blood pressure might be due to thyroid overactivity. You deserve to undergo a careful thyroid evaluation.
