Check with doctor: This suggests that your thyroid may be overactive. On the other hand, a cardiac condition including mitral valve prolapse may also cause rapid heart rate.

Probably from Graves: At your age, if you are otherwise healthy, the most plausible explanation is that your graves' is not under control. You need to go see your doctor, preferably an endocrinologist if you have one.
