Aspirin: Any non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication including Aspirin can increase the risk of miscarriage in the first trimester. You should stay away from any medication unless absolutely necessary.

No: Baby Aspirin is frequently used (with varying degrees of effectiveness) to prevent miscarriages. It is safe to take at low doses.
