It is likely safe: Enoxaparin ("Clexane" in UK; "Lovenox" in US) is commonly prescribed to pregnant women and is believed to be safe. It should be stopped before delivery. Aspirin should not be used during pregnancy *unless prescribed by a doctor*; it is commonly prescribed to treat antiphospholipid syndrome (which can lead to miscarriages) and preeclampsia.
