I had 3 miscarriages due to +ana. dr. advised me to take aspirin 81mg with prednisolon other dr advised me to take aspirin i'm 5 was pregnant ?

Not true: A positive ANA does not cause miscarriages. Coagulation abnormalities do. Get tested for these asap. If they are present heparin and not aspirin should be given during pregancy.
