Help sleeping: There are many things you could try to help you fall asleep. Make sure you are tired when you go to sleep. Do not take naps during the day so you will be tired when it comes time to sleep. Do not drink caffeine in the afternoon. Do not eat too much 2 hrs before sleeping. Exercise during the day. Count sheep or numbers to get your mind off other things. Write down things you need to do.
