Reflect and Relax: Anxiety, tension and headaches often are the result of worries that have accumulated during the day. People generally worry about their relationships, health, work or finances. Try to reflect on what during the day can be evoking these feelings. You might try relaxation exercises, reading the book "feeling good" and speaking with a therapist. Have a physical too to be sure you're in good health.

Please see your doc: I see that you are in behavior therapy. Make sure that your practice sleep hygiene. Refer to one of dr. Heidi fowler's many explanations of good sleep hygiene on healthtap. If that doesn't work you can try camomile tea prior to sleep, a bath with lavender oil and lavender scented candles, tryptophan, kava, melatonin taken two hours prior to desired sleep time, or passionflower. Make sure you doc has ruled out physical causes for your insomnia. And particularly ask whether there's any need for a sleep study to rule out sleep apnea. Best wishes.
