More info needed: As i understand the question, you have patient with two mobile teeth and good oral hygiene and you don't know the cause? What do the x-rays show? Did you take x-rays? How mobile are the teeth?Class i, ii, iii? It could be a bite problem, periodontal problem, periapical problem. Any periodontal pockets? Depths? Parafunctional habits? We need more information.

Hard to help you: Mobile teeth can be from a number of factors, but usually is indicative of periodontal problems. If the situation is beyond your skill and expertise at this stage of your career, you may want to consider referring the patient to a periodontist.
