Every time i take anything with acetaminophen, i get "liver attacks", my ruq hurts terribly. sob, rapid breathing, cold sweat. luq/rlq/llq nothing?

Liver toxicity: Is rare with usual doses. But you are definitely having some sort of reaction. Easiest way is to avoid acetaminophen, by taking Ibuprofen or Aspirin instead.
