Biliary: Sludge is a compilation of small stones, and can certainly cause biliary symptoms. The hida scan would not necessarily be normal, if you were just having colic. Add the slight elevation in WBC and alk phos, and i believe you are having biliary symptoms. It's atypical to have llq pain with this, and my not be related.Try a low fat diet, see if improve. Surgery my be necessary. Good luck.

Many causes: Your pain distribution of ruq, luq, and llq does not sound like gall bladder and hida test was normal. Unlikely pancreatitis causing problem.The gastrointestinal tract can have inflammatory processes in the stomach, small bowel , and large bowel. Endoscopy by gastroenterologist may find answer to your problem.
