Gastric bloating: Could just be gas. Try over the counter anti-gas formulas with simethicone. An easy and inexpensive treatment that may help. Could also be from a LARGE hiatal hernia, something that is not infrequently missed or downplayed on ct scan reports. Hope this helps!
