It could be...: and there are questions about your question. Gastritis is an inflammation of the stomach...the stomach is not examined by colonoscopy but by upper endoscopy. "Constant, bad pain" in the left upper AND lower quadrants would not necessarily be gastritis. You need to return and have further evaluation. Good wishes:)

Could be. : Are these the same symptoms u had with the gastritis?Check in with your doc who scoped you. Are you still taking a prescription for the gastritis and what was the cause of the gastritis?
