V unwell with hyperadrenergic pots. get horrible rushes, then crashes that make me feel feverish, bad taste, aches and sometimes scary sudden heart pounding. extreme without benzos. what can i do?

Propranolol?: You might benefit from beta blockade. Have you tried a small dose of Propranolol (like 10 mg 4x a day or 60 mg of the la (long acting) type once a day?
