Please get checked. : It sounds like a lot of concerning things going on and these symptoms can be caused by many different things: infection, rheumatoid problems, endocrine problems, cardiac problems, malignancy. It really takes a thorough history and physical to get to the bottom of it. Please don't brush this off and make sure to get checked!
