I' m pregnant for 31 weeks. i use a fetal doppler at home. these days my baby' s heart beating always more than 160 and sometimes more than 170 per minute. i wonder if is it normal?

Yes: Your baby's heart rate can vary depending on what they are doing in the womb. If the baby is very active the heart rate will go up, if sleeping it will go down. If you have any concerns ask your obstetrician about your case.
