A 32-year-old female asked:

I have a home fetal doppler. i'm almost 33 weeks pregnant. i check the heart beat once every week to two weeks certainly not every day cause i worry if i check to much it will be dangerous. his heart beat goes from 150's to 180s. is that normal?

First of all I pray that you have a healthy normal delivery. Your baby's heart rate is not particularly high and I think you are causing yourself unnecessary stress by resorting to this electronic monotoring device. Give your doctor (obstetrician) a call to sett= you mind completely at rest.
