Invest in an enema: If at 18 you haven't gone in a week, your issue is unlikely to respond to glycerine. The large intestine has extracted enough moisture from the plug in your lower bowel to require more aggressive work. An enema is available under several generic or brand forms.Insert, hold in as long as you can, and empty.Repeat daily if needed. Use mirilax or similar to help from above. Empty daily to avoid pbs.
