11 years old son has been constipated for 4-5 days. i have been giving him restoralax (17 g) for 3 days.he is been having very small bowel movements once or twice a day(not much improvement). at this stage should i give him glycerin suppository?

I would just continue what you are doing. It takes ~4 days for the first med to make it through to the outlet in a constipated kid. Another day or two keeping fluids up and good nutrition & he should do well.
