My 7 month old isnt pooping a lot, even after starting solids plus formula. the last bowel movement was one long soft poop, and that was 4-5 days ago. i tried prune and apple juice. he doesnt seem uncomfortable and hes not fussy. should i be worry?

Infrequent bowel movement is fairly common in breastfed infants. He may need an extra medical attention if he has not been gaining weight as expected and abdominal distention is noticeable.
