How do u know if u have anemia i don't eat meat and i feel weak and tired most of the time.. i don't eat a lot either and get bad pains in my side?

Blood test: You need a blood test to check but the fatigue sounds like you might be. Additionally i assume you get monthly periods - that is a major cause of anemia.
