Starving doesn't...: You are starving yourself. And you can see that your body is not liking it. As you starve yourself your body shuts off as much of the metabolism process as possible. First: make sure you are eating 60% of your calories as proteins. Second, you must exercise. There is no way around it. You must keep your muscles moving to keep metabolism turned on. It would help here is you had a food diary.
